Three weeks since my visit and I’m finally getting used to getting compliments on my hair for the first time in my life. Roxy gave me a great, affordable trim AND taught me how to style the top on a daily in a way that’s easy and fun. been going to sonja for years - they can make even the thickest of middle eastern hair fluffy and spiky !! sonja is a true badass who can handle any challenge thrown at them I had my tail tucked between my legs coming in after cutting my own hair for a while and was met with 0 judgement - and even plenty tips for next time I try!!
Exactly what I was looking for - quality cut, reasonable prices, local woman-run small business, queer friendly, cozy eclectic little shop.
