I’d heard wonderful things about Erica, but she wasn’t the one who groomed my two shih tzus and maybe that’s the problem. One of my pup’s ears were cut VERY unevenly. The following day I also found two little tangled spots the groomer had completely missed. On my other tzu, it looks like she didn’t trim the hair on her head at all! It is long and awkward looking. RecommendedThe owner of this shop is awesome~ she took care of my baby girl today and was so patient and sweet to her. My girl is very anxious so she let me be part of the process every step of the way. I would 💯 percent recommend and will be taking my girl back again as meeded. Took our Pittie Sambo The Pit today for a full body groom. He has previously not done well getting his nails trimmed but they were so easy with our boy he didn’t flinch! Love how they “loved” him. We will be back monthly for his “Spa” day! Thanks ladies- Sam aka Sambo The Pit on IG
