We used this groomer for about a year and always had decent results, but the attention to detail was at times lacking. We switched after our last appointment because our dog was still dirty and stinky when we picked him up. I had to return on a weekend to get him bathed, and the shop apologized and explained that his groomer was in a hurry to go home that day.
