I appreciated more "modern" procedures being used and a broader range of services offered by Dr. Cruse. It would be helpful to new patients if the parking situation was explained when the first appointment is made (unless the patient has been to the building before.) Everyone in the office is quite friendly and efficient!
MY dental experience at LRD was awesome the doctor and staff explained all my options and went out of their way to take care of my problem.They did this on short notice which I deeply appreciate,i highly recommend their services.
The hygienist Julie was awesome! Love that fresh from the dentist feeling!
I have been a patient with Dr. Cruse for several years now (over 30 years with Dr. Rollins before him) . Both he and his staff are polite and knowledgeable and professional. If Dr. Cruse cannot treat a problem he will recommend someone who can. One advice that has stuck with me is:" You've got to protect your investment". Wise words to keep me motivated to take care of my oral hygiene all the time whether I feel like it or not.
Pamela did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Cruze is very professional.
