Maybe when you have an appointment and someone walks in the door you should acknowledge that person. Apparently even the owner does not feel the need to say "hello, how can help you" or "are you here for an appointment". I had a 5:30 tonight and no one said a word to me for the 15 minutes I sat in the waiting area. The owner just sat in a chair and talked with the other women.
