I recently transferred my two daughters to little plum blossoms and I am very happy with my decision! Dr. Fowler took the time to listen to my concerns about my oldest having chronic asthma and now she is on a great asthma plan and has been albuterol free for 4 months!!! The staff is outstanding and it is so easy to make appointments even last minute sick visits! I cannot wait for Dr. Fowler to meet and care for our 3rd princess in October!
Receptionist was very rude. We called to get our kids appointments and were basically told our insurance would not be accepted. If the first person we contact is rude what does that say about the doctors and the care they provide their patients. I'm sure we can find quality care elsewhere but a little common courtesy goes a long way!
All pediatric experiences should be this enjoyable! When I called to set up our first appointment I spoke with Dr. Fowler personally and when I was paying out after our second visit she was reading a book to my children in the waiting area! Sweet staff, cheery office... I'm hooked!
