I waited until our small claims case with this practice was completely over before writing this review because I wanted to share our experience fairly and factually. Our daughter attended speech therapy here for quite some time, and our experience actually started out very positive. She had a wonderful therapist who she absolutely adored and was making great progress with, and the receptionists were always kind and helpful. A great welcoming place that my little looks forward to going to every week
Unfortunately, this facility was less than helpful. On several occasions, the provider was sick, but we were not notified until we were already on our way to the appointment. We also felt that very little time was spent engaging with our daughter, and after several months, we did not see any meaningful benefits or progress. Billing was also a significant challenge, particularly because my child is covered by two insurance providers. We LOVE Little Peas. My son has been going to Amelia for speech therapy for a year. This place is amazing, and they’re so kind and helpful. It’s all play based and they have an amazing center that is so fun for all kids.
Our initial appointments at Little Peas have been awesome. Our therapist was amazing and able to engage our child, who is very reticent to talk to people let alone strangers. The front office staff is very welcoming, they are thorough and very accommodating! We are looking forward to our time with Little Peas!
