My kids love coming here. Staff is so sweet and friendly. Nataly has been cleaning my kids teeth and has done amazing job comforting them and making them laugh.
Ive taken my kids here on and off for a couple years. Life got busy in between cleanings. I took my son there to have a broken molor extracted, he was having extreme pain on a molor on the other side that needs a root canal. They prescribed him an antibiotic & said that should help. 6 days later, it has not helped. He can't eat, can't sleep and is in constant pain, to the point of tears. Update- I’m updating my previous review. Today, Dr. Patel personally reached out to me and took the time to fully understand the whole situation. She is a very kind and wise manager. I was able to clearly explain everything, and she had a comprehensive understanding of my concerns. At this point, the problem has been resolved, and I’m happy to change my review to a five-star rating. My 2 girls (12 and 3) just went for their first cleanings, and we had a great first visit. Receptionists (E and N) were very kind and helpful throughout the whole time and Ive made appointments for my 2 boys (11 and 6) to have cleanings done in a few months. Awesome clinic ☺️
We love coming to Little Pearls Bothell! I have 3 kids, ages 12-2 and all 3 look forward to our cleanings and ortho visits. All the staff is friendly and efficient! You won’t want to go anywhere else!!
