Absolutely terrible and unacceptable service. I have been a loyal patient at this dental office for around two years, and I genuinely never thought I would have to write a review like this. However, after my last two appointments with Janet, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. During my most recent appointment, she was extremely rough with my gums and kept poking them to the point where it was genuinely painful. My children love this place!
We are so happy we switched to this clinic. They have a great lobby very easy to find location and the staff is super friendly It’s definitely oriented towards kids. Visits are super fast and staff is incredibly professional.
My kids love coming here. Staff is so sweet and friendly. Nataly has been cleaning my kids teeth and has done amazing job comforting them and making them laugh.
Ive taken my kids here on and off for a couple years. Life got busy in between cleanings. I took my son there to have a broken molor extracted, he was having extreme pain on a molor on the other side that needs a root canal. They prescribed him an antibiotic & said that should help. 6 days later, it has not helped. He can't eat, can't sleep and is in constant pain, to the point of tears.
