I like Dr. Caswell and the dental hygienists but the front desk staff generally have unpleasant attitudes. I had to drive over 30 minutes to the Tyrone office because the office closest to my house has been closed and now only open one day a week. When I arrived and called to check in, I was asked whether anyone coming in for the visit has been out of the state in the last 2 weeks. After being a patient for 5 years, we will never go back. Worst experience ever. I called to let them know we would be ten minutes late. Yes, it was my fault. Receptionist had an attitude from the start and informed me they had a 5 minute grace period to please hold. Returned to say, yeah, they are going to have to try to fit you in because we only have a 5 minute grace period. Mind you, her tone was very annoyed and rude.
