Overall, my children had a good experience. This was my 2 youngest children's first visit & I was pleased with the service. What first caught my attention was how I was greeted at the front desk. They were friendly,kind, and made us feel welcomed. I was well informed of the results of my children's examines. Dr. Caswell was very friendly as well. My daughter used to be scared of the dentist but after going to little peaces she loves it and is always asking to go back.
My daughter is confindent enough in this denist and her staff that she will go back by herself! They are always kind and courteous! They always keep me well informed as to what is going on as well!I refer everyone I know to them.
Everyone was really great. I am so happy I have finally found the dentist my children will be using for good. I have had a hard time finding a good dentist that will accept my insurance. I couldn't be happier.
This was Izzy's 2nd visit(she's 2) and she got a little scared. The tech & Dr. Caswell were both so patient with her. In fact everyone she encountered smiled & talked to her. You can definatly tell y'all like kids & that means a lot to me! Thanks!!
Everybody from the front end to the back end is just awesome. My son and I feel like family every time we are there. My son talks everybody ears off at every visit. Anybody who have kids should go to this office, the doctor is super wonderful and I love her and her great team!!!!!

Since only one adult could go back, I let her aunt go back. I had questions to ask and I thought I'd see the doctor for a few minutes to discuss the visit (since we were new patients). I asked the most important question to someone in the front office who did go to the back and go the answer for me. Maybe 1-2 min debrief would have been nice.
