Dare I say..best brisket I've ever had. Also, the sweet n tangy mustard sauce is perfect. If they bottled it, I would stock my pantry. Good stuff.

Best brisket Ive ever had. Im happy someone makes such a good brisket in Phoenix. I tried slices from the point and the fat was the consistency of melted butter. The owners are enthusiasts and compete; their passion shows in the quality of the final product. I love to cook my own meat, but I dont think Ill bother making brisket anymore now that I know they will cook me a whole packer with advance notice that I can take home. Great place!
