Best bbq in Phoenix!
Right up there with the best barbecue I've had in my life. And this is coming from someone who has patronized iconic BBQ joints like Arthur Bryant's, Salt Lick, and Franklin's. These guys are doing everything the way its supposed to be done. Every meat coming off that smoker is moist and flavorful without any sauce needed (though they have those available).
