Been here twice and wouldn't take my son anywhere else. This place is amazing! She is very experienced, professional and quick. Her set up is perfect for distraction and fun for all ages. Recommend 10/10!
First phone call to set up an appointment they wanted a deposit. (Never had any hair salon or barber ask for such a thing) when I voiced reservations about pre-paying for the service, I was immediately dismissed and the company did not get my business. I've never heard of any business demanding a reservation fee. Go to crew cuts and pigtails by the NEX, it's cheaper and they don't have a ridiculous fee to reserve a seat.
Our 3yo son is non verbal autistic. He has never had a haircut and we were worried how he would react. We had a Saturday appointment. No one else was allowed to come in during his cut, which made it a much more comfortable environment for him and us. The owner was the one that cut his hair and she was so amazing with him. She also uses very quiet clippers, I didnt even realize she had made he first cut until she dropped his hair to the floor. She kept talking to him the whole time keeping his attention.
