Andrew was challenged by the blustery wind and rain in my open car port. This was middle December on Quadra Island, yet he showed up early every morning and stayed to 5 most days, using his headlamp to see in the dark!! If I need a special wood working project, Andrew would be my first choice. He was a pleasure to have around, and met all challenges with grace. The gate he built for me is superb. Heather St John

Truly a delight receiving help from these highly skilled and artistic carpenters! Andrew and Jake joyfully travelled to our off-grid home for a couple of weeks with their complete set-up of tools to help us complete some benches for a community circular structure in the forest. They were generous with their time and care to their craft, leaving us with gorgeous benches that we'll enjoy for a long time. This easy going, motivated duo are the kind of travelling kind that you'd be lucky to have visit.
I've posted a photo here showing the "Before" view of the kitchen. Andrew was very helpful in working with our specific update needs including utilizing existing cabinets and adding new storage drawers, beuatiful finishing details and making efficient use of a relatively small area. He used interesting materials (slate gray concrete countertop and copper backsplash) for a unique look and some personalized artistic touches (a family tree!). Andrew came to fix up the garage that was falling apart at our new house and install a new fence. We were busy with 3 kids and full time work so we met with him and gave a general idea of our plan and he ran with it. He raised the garage, re-poured foundations and redid the walls while salvaging as much of the old wood as possible (and to keep to a tighter budget).
