We had our first visit at Little Island Pediatrics today and it was such a positive experience. The staff were kind and proactive from the beginning. When there was an issue with our insurance, the clinic assistant took the time to contact the insurance company directly and helped resolve everything quickly. Dr. Wu is amazing! She made my children feel comfortable on their first visit and showed great patience with my son, who has a hearing/speech disability. She made sure to check each of my children's comfort level throughout the examination process. Her office is very welcoming, and the waiting room has a section filled with children's books, a drawing table, and a play area. I would highly recommend Dr. Wu for your pediatric needs.
