POOR HOUSECLEANING WITH RICH PRICING! – Hired two cleaners ($60/ hour) for a 'deep clean' of my apartment. Check the fine print, 'deep cleans' don't include vacuuming underneath couch cushions. Cleaners showed up 45 minutes late, cleaned pretty thoroughly, then rushed through the place as the hour hand neared 5PM. It is definitely amateur hour with these guys. The cleaning package selected does not include vacuuming underneath the cushions. If asked, we would have been more then happy to clean them. When the job is capped, we do our best to do as much with the time allowed. In this case, we needed more time to finish however the client did not extend the time. We asked the customer to do a walk through to double check our cleaning. The client was happy and gave a tip to both cleaners, most unhappy clients do not tip. Great Services and Company!! – I live in a condo and the condo association uses Little Helpers to clean the hallways and do groundskeeping. I found out that they provide maid cleaning services at a discounted rate when the crew comes to clean the hallways. They really are great at what they do. I have also used little helpers to assemble furniture that i got from ikea. I really do have to say that this is a great company due to all the services that they provied. Louie – I recently had Little Helpers over to clean my house and am very pleased with their service. I have used many different companies before and this by far is my best experience. I was able to make my appointment online and have somewhere over to clean my house the next day. Loved the Service would definitely use them again in the future.

Awful! – Do not call Little Helpers for cleaning services. We had our condo cleaned by Little Helpers and never again. I came home to a totally broken sink! The new sink (less than a year old) was completely detached from our countertop. The woman said she was just standing there and it fell out - YEAH RIGHT. We had a plumber out and he said that she must have been standing in the sink for this to happen. I called Little Helpers to complain several times and was always given the run around. Our employess are properly trained and supplied with all the necessary equipment to clean. Examples include: step ladders and/or stools. Furniture Assembly – Bought a very complicated desk piece from Office Depot that needed to be assembled. Little Helpers assembled it in 3 1/2 hours. I think it would have taken me several days.
