Very strange place !!! No call backs!! Random appointment times sent to me and they always call and say they have to cancel !!! Horrible!!
My kids had a great first appointment last year. I was impressed with the friendly staff and professionalism. At the end of the appointment they scheduled my kids for their next checkup in 6 months. The day before the appointment i was called to reschedule. Next available appointment was 2 months out! The week of the rescheduled appointment I was told that Dr. Olivera was no longer there. Made an appointment for the new dentist a week later. He barely looked in my twin 18 month olds mouths. We were in and out of there in 5 m... read more

My son was scheduled for a surgery with Dr. Olvera on this coming Friday December 15th, 2017. I called today because no one had called to let me know any information in regards to time, place, what do I need to do to prepare for this. I was notified today that Dr.Olvera is no longer there and basically his surgery is cancelled. I am beyond angry because this is something a patient should not have to call and find out the week of the surgery. Then the surgery that is supposed to be done is not something that could be put off ... read more
