Unbelievable! Flavor combinations are unreal and so well balanced. Every bite has so many depths and layers to it.
Dined here last Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed every dish we tried. The food was absolutely delicious as well as the desserts. Our waiter Josh was wonderful, too. When in Chicago, you must dine here.
Shrimp and grits was delicious and served piping hot. The wait staff was very knowledgeable on menu.
Fab server. Delish brunch. Everyone and thing are as good as every one says!
Food is always great, staff are enthusiastic and accommodating! Can’t fault it at all, always go for breakfast here when I’m in Chicago!
Bloody Mary awesome flavor! This Little piggy went to China was delicious!!!!! Great job! Server very knowledgeable about flavor profiles & descriptions. Attentive but not overboard. Top notch.
definitely in the top 3 on my list of amazing interesting dependable chow. go on the weekdays after 1 and you can walk right in. i have never had an average meal here. always memorable. and the hash browns can not be beat. stephanie izard is a genius.
As my friend put it, they've done everything right, except the food. Adorable logo, warm, modern atmosphere, the cutest paper napkins I've ever seen, friendly wait staff, kitchy crowd. We were on the edge of our seats trying to decide between all the amazingly written dishes. But my blue plate special of cheddar biscuits with pimento spread and ham was one big maple/egg flavor. I couldn't even discern the pimento cheese, the biscuits were drowned in maple syrup that hid any cheddar. And his Greek "burrito" was non-descript. ... read more
