The office called us to reschedule our appointment. We did so to help out their schedule. When we arrived, it was very busy. I felt like the kids were rushed in and out. My son has an extra tooth that we have been monitoring because it will Need surgery. No one said anything about it and I had to ask about it as he was telling us goodbye. We never even saw Dr. Sotto. The hygienist pulled up my son's x-ray and just said "he is fine. We will watch it". I'm not sure if that was his opinion or Dr. Sotto's opinion. I've been brin... read more

I really don't like the fact that I was not allowed to sit with my child during a dental procedure (fillings, administration of nitrous oxide, etc.). I had to sit in the waiting room while my child walk into the procedure room crying. While I understand that some children may act up in the presence of their parents, my child is not one of those children. My child simply finds comfort knowing that I am quitely sitting in the corner near her.

Office called me over the summer to cancel my appointment because dentist wasn't available and rescheduled me for a time that did not work. Once I returned from vacation I called to let them know the new time didn't work and so they rescheduled me three months out. When I finally arrived at my appointment it was scheduled for 4:30 on a Friday. Clearly 5:00 is closing time because I've never been rushed through so quickly. I love how the entire staff is not only knowledgable, but amazingly great with my 2 year old. I drive from davenport to specifically go them.

This is the first time I visited this Dr and I was totally satisfied and very happy. The Dr had us in the office within 2 minutes of our arrival (totally unheard of), and took great care of our child. They did comprehensive review, gave us prices, explained everything and let us come back 2 hrs later for a procedure. They were loving and kind and understanding of our 4 year old and she adored the great toys and stickers. I would absolutely recommend this office 110%.
