My son did great at his first dentist appointment. The hygienist was very patient and was so sweet with him. I was disappointed with Dr Soto, I’m blaming it on a bad day or being distracted with another patient but he did not fit the description of his online reviews. He was short, cold, and did not engage with my son. Hindsight we should have left with the cleaning and seen the dentist at the next visit. As my son put it, ‘the girl was very nice, I liked peppa pig, I don’t want to see the boy’
Dr. Sotto and his team are the best! Squeezed my 9 year old in to their busy schedule at lunch time after he chipped 2 teeth in Camp. Everyone from the call to get in to the last good bye was and is so friendly, empathetic, organized & happy. Thanks you all. Michael
