First time and everything about the experience was great!
I feel that you shouldn't tell parents that they can't be in the room with their kids. Instead that if they sit quietly off to the side that they can be with their child.
friendly staff, always positive attitude
Confortable with that fact that parents are not allowed to be with their child for an exam. They should have 1 chair at the end of the exam table for a parent to sit at.
I absolutely love the office environment and the staff and nurses are friendly and engaging with my little one. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because I feel Dr. Soto is not very friendly and engaging. He did not smile while speaking with me about my daughter, and just seemed like he didn’t really want to be there. He spent a total of about 90 seconds looking at my daughters teeth, and about 45 seconds engaging with me. This office is Always great
We have been patients of Dr.Miller who is no longer with the practice. We “met” Dr. Soto for the first time this visit and I would say I am very disappointed with how little time and attention was spent with my child (and others that I witnessed honestly). He quickly came in spoke minimally to me and my son did what was the fastest check I have ever experienced and then quickly asked if I had any questions and left. Wow. I am so glad I chose Little Gators for my son’s first dentist visit. The atmosphere was completely kid friendly and put my little guy at ease right away. The hygienist let him know what she was doing every step of the way! Thank you!
Little Gators Pediatric Dentistry is a wonderful establishment for your children and family dental needs. Excellent staff, Dr. Soto is the best. I really appreciate him and his staff taking care of my daughter's smile and teeth.
