From the moment you walk in you start to feel more relaxed. The place is decked out in undersea adventures with a hidden treasure hunt amongst the walls and with a look alike fish tank from Nemo!! Place has a technology gaming area with 6 different screens and gaming consoles. Groot Can also be seen there sometimes. Staff is always attentive, personal, inviting, and amazing with kids. Waited 2.5 hours for kid’s cleaning, this is after I asked if I could bring them all together to make the process fast.
I feel the doctor was very rushed, didn’t care to talk to me at all, the assistant answered all my questions and was very nice but I would have felt more comfortable hearing it from the doctor
The office was beautiful the service that I received August 5th was amazing the Doctor and the Dentist assistant that helped my son and I were very nice, Professional and courteous. However I also had an appointment the following August 6. Unfortunately my husband was running 10 minutes late do to traffic. So I called the office /receptionist to Informing them that my son had a follow up appointment and we are running late is that gonna be OK?. We love everything about the office!
Always a great experience with staff and Dr. Soto. They take the time to explain any issues and make the children feel very at ease.
I like the service and staff in this location but last appointment on 7/29/19 we have to wait more than 30 minute and never been called.we notified the staff that my 3pm appointment never been called and I have few people come after me and been served I was really disappointed
If you have a child that is afraid of dentist, this is the place to go. Staff is very friendly and the service is very good
