Little Flower Shop went above and beyond in delivering the beautiful roses to a restaurant with details to make sure they were delivered to me on time. Big shout out to Spring, who helped me through the process with calmness and reassuring me all will be taken care of. Making them my go to place for flowers.
I never got a confirmation # that my order was delived . No ine contacted me and the response service is horrible . I emailed them and I received no response. I wanted a refund if they didn't deliver my flowers . But I dont know the outcome because I wasn't notified if what I paid for was delived or not . So no email on confirmation or a response . Im disappointed and I dont know if what I paid for was actually fulfilled

Lady at the front desk with long black curly hair was rude and NOT helpful. I was looking to browse flowers to make a DIY bouquet for my mom. Lady said she had some pre-made bouquets (which i was open to browsing) for anyone to pick up but didn’t show me where i can get them inside the shop. I felt rushed and only received vague answers. I ended up leaving because i don’t appreciate bad service.
The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! I had some last minute concerns and Yolanda came to the rescue! She was fantastic and I cannot thank her enough. She made all the difference in the world. I will be back! Thank you Yolanda♥️ Very truly yours, Dana Norris OPEN GOOGLE
