Flowers were sent to me. After 4 days the Rose's were wilted. Iris's dried up and the greens were dry. I called and was told next time don't wait a week to call. Um..I didn't. it was first thing on the 6th day. On the 4th day the flowers stated to dry and wilt. I called to inquire when I can expect the replacement as promised, their in the truck she said. No Time estimate given. She asked to you want to reschedule for tomorrow? No...so they will still be a day old. Customer service is terrible and rude. How about some compas... read more
