Very Honest – I like how they are open and honest about everything. There are no hidden fees. I actually found them on another website. They let me come and look at the one I was renting first. It's convenient for me too since it's on my way to work.

Great place to rent from – I've rented here since 2005 and I have never had a problem. The office people are nice and helpful. I like that it's easy to get to by being right off of Eldorado.
Clean storage place - helpful and friendly managers – Ronnie and Merlene run this place and are the nicest and most helpful managers I have come across in the storage industry. I came in wanting a 10x20 climate controlled unit. While they had one, they asked what I was storing. Turns out that I only needed a 5x5 in climate and the rest didn't need climate. Nice Well Kept Facility with freindly staff !!! – Very Good and Well kept storage facility. Good rates and freindly people. Used them for a long time with only positive results. Would recommend them to everyone!!!
DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY – Do not lease storage space from this company. I stored my furniture/appliances here in what I "thought" was climate controlled. This is what I was told by the agent (Terri Miller). To make a long story short, rats lived comfortably inside my furniture. All of my appliances(W/D and refrig) are now inoperable. I contacted the company and was told that there was nothing they could do about it bc I was paying for a non climate control unit.
