The experiences have improved over the years. Thankful for the nurses and dr’s patience with my son.
One of the ladies that works the front desk is very rude, and we called the doctor more than 4 times, and sent messages and never got a response. We had to take our baby to the ER because of the no response we got. Please if you have a baby find a pediatrician that cares about your baby because this office does not care what happens to your baby.
Dr. Deepa and her staff are very aattentive and take time with their patients.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. The front desk staff, particularly the women, were unprofessional and incompetent. They lost the vaccination forms for both of my children and had the audacity to argue with me, insisting I never brought the forms. It took them 20 minutes to find them, yet they continued to blame us. Additionally, they repeatedly entered my daughter’s name incorrectly into the system, claiming it matched her insurance card, which was completely untrue. With two young children, I wai... read more
Gave 3 stars due to the front office staff. They barely answer the phones and when they do, they immediately place you on a 2-5 minute hold. I really hope they can hire more staff or a better one. They treat the calls as if they work in a call center but at least in a call center you can only have the customer on hold for so long. They do not treat their jobs as if they like it or care about the customer service they provide to people dealing with kids overall health.
