We stopped in last Saturday to "look" at the used models but Fred, our salesman, convinced us that he could make it happen for us in a brand new one for low payments. He was right and we just picked up our 2016 Forest River Flagstaff 205 yesterday. What an amazing crew they have! Just about everyone was involved in making sure we were fully ready to go safely. These guys (and ladies) are the best and they will definitely get our business again and again! I had the best dealership experience ever, thanks to you!
I took my 2006 Class C in for a service 7/13/2016. Basically just an oil change. I also had a check engine light and a window seal that needed some help. Misty, the service writer was fantastic. Helpful, and friendly. Mike the technician came out and fully explained what probably caused the light. We discussed options and I was never pressured. The whole experience was great. So I want to give a big shout out to Little Dealer Little Prices in Prescott Valley, AZ. This has been long overdue, as I bought my fifth wheel a month ago today... I worked with Ernie the salesman over there and he was great, very sweet! Danny the manager/owner was stellar! We had problems and boy did he have answers and solutions! Dave, the manager at the Mesa location went above and beyond for us. We had one small miscommunication and they went over and above any company to make it right. We will definitely be coming back when we are ready to upgrade!
