Had a great experience with Colt (Service Counter) and Lance (Service Tech). I brought in my Brakemaster system to be installed in the coach and toad and he (Lance) got the system installed just as he promised and within the estimate. We did not buy the coach ('02 Airstream) or the braking system from them, but they were happy to install. We were treated with courtesy and respect by all the employees we came in contact with. Their customer lounge is clean and their open wifi works great.
We were just in there and were ignored. Lots of people working but not interested in waiting on us. Finally a girl on the computer asked if we had been helped. She told a guy to help us . He did not seem enthused. He didn't know anymore than we did. We were looking for a satellite system for our motorhome. He hands us a catalog to look at. No prices were in the catalog. So then he said guess I will have to look on the computer. Very disappointed. He was no help whatsoever.
On our way from Michigan to Arizona we had a window completely blow out and our toilet was leaking.We called and got an appointment for service.Steve and Ryan were awesome had us fixed up and back in our camper in short order.We were very impressed!
They allowed my mom and her church to use there meeting room. They were very kind and helpful!!!

Kudos to Pam Meredith for her exemplary customer service. She acknowledges everyone who walks into the area with eye contact and a smile, even if it's not parts related, AND on top of that, she is expedient and knowledgeable about part ordering. Great asset to the company.
