We were vacationing in 2017 in Chicago. This hospital saw a 100% disabled veteran for a possible heart attack a year ago and misbilled their services. When we were notified there was still a balance we resubmitted his VA info. Turns out they billed someone else which was odd but we made sure they had what was needed to get payment. Their Great! Great Doctor's and Staff that appear to care about their patients and their concerns. I had outpatient surgery today and I tell you these people know their profession and was very courteous. They made me feel truly welcomed and aiming to help heal what ails me gave me a positive attitude from my experiences today. I will recommend Little Company of Mary to ALL who is in need. I love the hospital and everything it has to offer.
Thank you to Little Company and Staff for taking excellent care of my Mother for an unexpected emergency. It was also a nice touch to have a hand written note from the nurse wishing Mom well after she discharged. Keep up the great care!
I was supposed to undergo an operation on my vocal cords yesterday. Your voice is your identity but when the specialist involved doesn't take your case seriously. And take it for granted. If they can only imagine not having a voice to talk with. Like I haven't been able to do in the last 7 years. I arrived just after 6am to be admitted for the operation. They told my spouse I was 3rd on the list and I should be done at 10am not being able to eat or drink anything before the procedure. I was getting hungry not having my cellp... read more
