My boyfriend went there. Went by ambulance. The ambulance dropped him off in the waiting room. He waited almost an hour just to be seen by a nurse. Still waiting another hour and a half just to get a room. Been there since 4pm and still waiting to get a room! Waited 6 hours to get a room. Doctors took his blood, said he'd do a ct scan. Decided that nothings wrong and sent him hone. No medicine no nothing. How are you gonna drop someone off in excoriating pain that came by ambulance in the waiting room!?! I delivered my middle daughter here. They treat me like a mother treat their own kids... I'm pregnant & choose ones again this great hospital with amazing, lovely staffs.❤❤

I went to the er by ambulance with a horrible allergic reaction.was sent up to the ICU floor. The staff there was wonderful . Took excellent care of me Thank you

I came in 2 weeks aho and specifically told the Dr's I had blood clots after a long day of flying and my birth control being listed as having side effects of clots. They didn't take it seriously and 2days later I almost died from pulmonary embolisms(blood clots) on my pulmonary arteries. Thank God my heart pushed them out to my lungs or I would have died. The ER Dr didn't care and did not perform the necessary tests to rule out what I knew to be clots. I spent a week in ICU lost a lot of blood during my procedures at another... read more

I've never felt more ripped off in my life. I went into one of the care clinics for a cold I had been dealing with for about a month. They took my blood pressure and temperature and then the doc came in and asked me a couple of questions. I was there for about 30 minutes including wait time. The doc was with me for about 5-6 minutes. Ultimately, he recommended that I continue taking the medicine I was already taking and to give it another week or two. See my post below. Never again. If me or my family ever needs ER care again, we will go up to Christ. ER service no where as good as it used to be. We still Dont have our prescription from our 5 1/2 hour wait last night. Shame on LCMH ER. Now falls in the same category as Holy Cross

I brought my mother, who had a bleeding head injury, to the LCM ER. As we entered she was instructed to take a seat in a room full of individuals that were not visibly have medical issues. The ill mannered female desk clerk seemed to have an attitude with life this making the check in more painful than it should've been. Meanwhile, my mother had to wait 40min before bean seen even thought she visibly was bleeding(bled through two sets of bounty paper towels that I brought). This place to Me is no better than trinity they both suck , they don't have you waiting as long as trinity had me and my mom waiting , but they have you waiting for a generous amount of time , and btw I think some of the staff are racist people
