We've walked past a million times but never been. Loved the fresh fruit lemonades and drinks. The pizza and cacio pepe were A+. Excited to go back and try more.
Ordered a few of the pizzas for the table and all were fantastic. Gluten free pasta was good!
We really enjoyed our pizza here at Little Coco's. The service was pretty great as well. Having been to Italy several times, I can say that the food is pretty comparable to some of the restaurants we visited there. Lots of interesting pizza choices and also a gluten free pasta option which was also good. Our only qualm was the 5% mandatory service fee ON TOP of the 20% mandatory "large group" service fee (we have 4 kids). I find the automatic fees to be disingenuous and annoying. We shared the burrata and meatballs to start, then I ordered the cacio e pepe while my friend went with the chicken parm. The pasta had a nice peppery flavor and wasn't overly saucy, and the meatballs were tender with a good amount of herbs. I especially liked the cozy dining room, which made the dinner feel relaxed without being too formal. The portions were reasonable, although the wait for the entrées was a little longer than expected.
One of my favorite pizzas in DC! Always hard to find a spot that does vegan pizza well, but Little Coco's knocks it out of the park. Delicious pizza, great ambiance, nice staff, and a solid location. We'll definitely be back, thank you!
