So it was kinda rough at first. there was a lack of communication for a split second. Dr. Kiser called the day of the surgery before hand, and called a couple hours after. That hands down was amazing because it was the first one I and my son went through. very calming to know he cared so much. Then the bill came and stuff was all confusing, but Dr. Kiser did his absolute best with working with us on a payment plan. He did everything in his power to make me feel comfortable. Great practice with great people. My little needed a procedure done, and I spoke to the doctor the day before and the evening after her procedure with any questions and to check on how she was feeling. The following day I spoke with a staff member for the same reason. Following up on how she felt. I feel things like that is what makes a practice stand out.
We had two incorrect X-rays sent to us. When I called to check in Julie laughed at me on the phone and told me they had been having some office issues. Not the answer I was looking for. Will definetly not be back
they are awesome,very pleasant visit. our little guy did great with them....
