Called to get a second opinion on my newborn’s possible tongue tie. They refused to do a consultation unless I had a note from another provider confirming the diagnosis, and said I’d have to book the frenectomy directly. This means they’d perform the procedure without personally confirming it was needed. Very concerning and unprofessional.

It felt like a house of terror. Non stop screams from the open booth next to us. My toddler was traumatized by his first visit. We didn’t wait for the dentist as my son was scared of this place and screams non stop during our visit. Hygienist that did the cleaning said kids usually cry a lot at their first visit out of fear. I get why, the open environment with multiple booths allows you to hear other kids crying / screaming. If you can run from this place, they charge you even procedure is not done. Dont you there schedule a surgery or any procedure if you are not going to complet it because they will charge you. They dont offer sedation they just offer lashing gas. Horrible experience. Run if you dont want to pay for a procedure you never received. Very dissappointed! Zero stars!!!!
