RecommendedPizza was great tonight, had a busy day with family, and needed a quick meal. Picked up a few pizzas, wings and bread sticks. Food was all hot and ready, Just as advertised. Staff was friendly and helpful also. Not always into fast food, but was happy with the overall meal and service.
I've had no issue here before. Came to pick up a very simple order of a thin crust and bread, ready at 7:15. It's 8 and I'm still waiting. Only excuse was "we don't know what happened to yours so we're redoing it". A guy came in well after me and ordered three pizzas on the spot that had to be cooked. He had his 10 minutes later. Pizza was overdone to almost burnt on top. Got cheese pizza
Just got home with a stale and cold, looked like someone had been picking the pepperoni off It before we got it and the pizza was for my kids before we go on the fireworks cruise in Coeur dAlene. Obviously this pizza has been sitting for hours and the little girl/boy thing at the front was rude as hell when I called to get it rectified just saying “okay” “yeah” and “uh huh”. I am truly disappointed in this location. Every time we come here, we have to wait for the "hot and ready" $5 pizzas. Seems like no matter what time of day it is either. I tried being prepared this time and ordered online. An hour in advance, said pickup was between 5:20-5:25. It's 5:50 and still waiting. I will NEVER return to this location. I would rather drive 10 more minutes out of my way to another location. so disappointing and it never seems like anyone ever cares here either.
They NEVER have hot n ready pizzas ready. I go in for hot n ready like advertised and told I have to wait 20 minutes.
