the website and Google say they are open until 10 p.m., I showed up at 9:15 p.m. and they were all closed up. Super frustrating
HALF A STAR. Pizza was made wrong the first time when picking it up. Had them remake it. Wasn’t cut at all, I had to cut it myself. Super wet for some reason. And raw dough. I don’t know if it’s because they had to remake the pizza they messed up on but this is nasty. And the people are nasty. They refused to help for a refund or a remake pizza. Picked up an order in the afternoon from the Elkton location. A middle aged lady working directly with the food wasn’t wearing a mask of any kind. Totally unacceptable given the policies.
I'm so disappointed in this business. I went online and ordered a day ahead of time (7/3) for a birthday party. It gave me the option I needed which was for the 4th of July and they canceled on that day of party an hour before pick up. If you will not be open, why give an option to order? Then instead of letting me know the day I did order, y'all wait til the next day that I needed it for! This place will never receive my business again!!!!!
Had to wait 20 minutes for hot-n-ready pizzas. They were yelling at each other. Won't be back.
the workers are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with, this is not the first time this has happened and we will not be going back. Very very disappointing
The drive through is always “closed” but they put the sign on the window around the corner, not back where people actually ordered. After waiting in the drive through for 20+ minutes I walked in to order... NONE of the employees are wearing masks. Many of them aren’t even in uniform.
