1 star Employees need to Use proper PPE (face masks & gloves)
I am starting to hate this location. They either don't care to follow instructions or don't know how to read. I ordered delivery through the door dash system they use...and they have the same problem. The app orders shouldn't be difficult to read, and get the toppings right. I have asked doordash to place our food on the bench right outside our front door and NOT on the ground and they NEVER do it. Recommendedcompared to the location on south 10th street in McAllen, this location never fails. orders can take an extra few minutes on certain days when it's very busy, but I've never waited longer than 5-10 minutes. pizza is always hot and fresh, and the staff there are very friendly.
they told me I HAD to wear as mask to be inside but they have employees walking around without one. when I asked why they didn't have one on, she girl at the register said it was because he wasn't in the front of the store. but they're not practicing social distancing 🙄 I'll take my money elsewhere
Just picked up a pizza.. was cold and extremely old. Called the store to let them know and they asked me if I wanted to drive back and get another one. I said I was unable to currently walking into a meeting and was told ok.. have a nice evening... how about # 1.. you don’t sell old pizza and #2 .. you offer a pizza on another day.. I will not be back to your establishment
We ordered pizza through the portal. Our first order, there was a long black hair in our pizza. We called the manager(he was nice & offered a remake). We pick up our pizza they offered to remake & there was a DEAD FLY that looked like it was cooked with the pizza. 🤢🤮🤮🤮

I walked in ready to place my order, not greeted at all by any of the employees. As I stood there, I then notice a sign that says they are no longer accepting cash, only debit/credit. only having cash on me I was unable to purchase dinner for my family. Bad move Little Caesars.
