Cashier with the bright red hair needs customer service training! She literally threw the pizza across the counter to me & walked away, REALLY?!!
Never going back. Ordered a pizza online said 25 minutes. Hour later still not ready. Employees don’t answer the phone but their all in the back screwing around.
8/17/2020 Employees decided they didn't want to work anymore and locked the door and closed the drive through early. Posted hours are til 10pm but you might have to show up an hour early to actually be helped.
Missing half of my delivery order. Out of three pizzas we received one. Was delivered through door dash. The store blames door dash driver and door dash blames the store. Nothing was resolved by either party. This is obviously not a partnership that works. I was given my $2.99 delivery fee back and told to enjoy my non-existent pizzas. Great customer service on both parts. I can tell it matters to them greatly.
I normally do not write bad reviews but on top of the waiting almost 30 min for a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks what I just witnessed has me Baffled.. The young ladies at the register are polite.. my sister and I went in for a few pizzas my sister got her oder right away, after her i placed my oder they told me it was going to be a 10 to 15 min wait, I was fine with that. my oder was placed at 8:50 (I still have my receipt) while waiting a few people continued to place orders till 9.. just at 9 they told 2 people of color... read more
Only go when Gary is working. Clearly the rest of the employees struggle to do their jobs. I waited for 20 additional minutes while my pizza sat on the table. I paid for cold pizza (one burned) and cold cheese stuffed bread. I delivered lunch to my daughter too late and she had to go back to class. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a nice gesture.
Bountiful Little Caesar’s Management is terrible. The kitchen is messy and the employees are all frazzled. Several prepping the food without masks. There is never pizza ready (whether ordering ahead or not) and the quality is lacking. Sections without any cheese, uneven distribution of sauce. It’s well worth the extra ten minutes to drive to the Centerville location that has a drive through.
RecommendedBest pizza in town. You can’t beat the five dollar hot and ready.
Ordered a pizza online , when i got the alert saying it was ready, it wasn’t. Had to wait a good extra 30 min. The kids in the back were talking, listening to mucin on their ear buds and cursing and not even working. The outside of the business is also dirty.
