8/17/2020 Employees decided they didn't want to work anymore and locked the door and closed the drive through early. Posted hours are til 10pm but you might have to show up an hour early to actually be helped.
The drive through is always “closed” but they put the sign on the window around the corner, not back where people actually ordered. After waiting in the drive through for 20+ minutes I walked in to order... NONE of the employees are wearing masks. Many of them aren’t even in uniform. One is wearing flip flops and a camo hat backwards. They were out of ready three meats and didn’t even offer to make one fresh. Very unprofessional all across the board. They need some serious help. They never answer their phone. When you go in to the store they sit in the back and talk to each other. The pizza is not cooked all the way when you finally get it

I went through the drive through. I was told a 6 minute wait. Waited outside for 17 minutes went back inside then I was told another 5 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for a hot and ready pretzel pizza.....
This location is horrible. Pizza always looks and tastes like it’s been under a heat lamp for hours. And looks like a 4 yr old tried cutting it. Left feedback multiple times through their webpage with a request to be contacted and never have. I will go out of my way to go to a different location for much better quality pizza.
we are failing in cutting pizza correctly. A simple 4 line cut can't even be completed. Also, can't even cut all the way through and when you pick a piece up, it folds over, epic fail. This location needs an over haul, or a manager who cares and looks over the end product.
