Bountiful Little Caesar’s Management is terrible. The kitchen is messy and the employees are all frazzled. Several prepping the food without masks. There is never pizza ready (whether ordering ahead or not) and the quality is lacking. Sections without any cheese, uneven distribution of sauce. It’s well worth the extra ten minutes to drive to the Centerville location that has a drive through.
they never have anything hot n ready at dinner time. the last 6 times I've been there I've had to wait. the older lady with the Walker is amazingly rude and unkind. she must be the owner because no one would employ someone who is so rude. go to Centerville or Woods Cross instead!
Ordered on app. Waited for notification that it was done. Did not receive the notification. Finally went in after an hour and a half to be told that it was my fault for waiting so long. Interestingly the order still showed that it was current and not filled AT ALL. But it was still my fault and I had to wait another half an hour for anything at all.
Just picked up a lunch combo and when I went to open it it was cold and the cheese was burned. It almost looks like they warmed up yesterday's leftovers.
Being in the food industry, customer service is number one. This has to be the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to, in regards to said customer service. The manager was very unhelpful and to be very honest, very rude and put out.
