my cousin ordered online to mt zion the lady in mt zion pushed her order thru charged her card then gives her a pick up time she gets there and there out of all ingredients and they cant replace her order or give her a refund so mt zion store is tying to get a hold of this store to see of you can make the pizzas that are paid for

The food was hot but the customer service was VERY POOR. Rude to their customers. So I hope the survey I filled out and the request for a representative to call me about my experience with the girl at the RT.36 store will be taken seriously.
Great pizza and value for the dollar. There an two locations to be served at in Decatur, 1925 North Water Street and 3607 East Route 36.
Always order pizza light sauce...pepperoni on deep dish...Always add breadsticks..marinara and drink whole meal under 14$ ...love little Caesars but disappointed every time...I always either get the "wrong pizza" or maybe the person doesn't understand the"modify" key...I would lie and say" I'm not going back" but let's face it I will....love their KRAZZIE bread...just hopefully next time I will have light sauce....
