Little Bucharest Bistro is a rare gem in Chicago. The atmosphere is quaint and charming with beautiful stained glass art of Vlad Dracul (aka Dracula) and Stephan The Great of Romania. The exposed brick inside and the traditional hand loomed table runners make you feel like you've stepped back in time. The food is truly delicious! Six of us had dinner there Saturday night, the food was fabulous, service fantastic, strolling violin player, great friendly restaurant with outgoing staff and owner.
Thank you Branko and family for making my wedding reception dinner so enjoyable! This was my family’s first time trying Romanian food and they were so impressed with the soulful flavors and freshness of the ingredients. Also, my son is still talking about how cool it was to make his own “kiddie cocktail”. And of course the adults loved the “holy water”. This restaurant now holds a special place in our hearts. The entire evening was magical!
