Care was ok. Staff nice and well meaning. We were not told there would only be one person on staff for most or all of the day during the day. We also learned, even though the owner said they knew all about and were great with dementia, that they were not prepared to deal with my mothers form of aggressive dementia. The final straw, was that after an incident where my mother was very confused and verbally abusive. She was transported to Kaiser ER late on a Sunday night.
