We reserved the hotel in march, before we even bought our blizzcon tickets. Reserved 3 nights and when we arrived at the hotel we were told our entire reservation was cancelled. We had gotten stuck in typical LA traffic ad called the hotel at 6:34pm to ask if there was a check in time limit, the lady told us no we were fine. Apparently the message was not passed on to the shift change at 7 and the guy cancelled our rooms and told us a 6pm check in cut off unless 100% prepaid. For the price being close to Disney land it was worth it! The service is great they gave me everything I wanted! Recommend specially if u have small children! Thanks I'll be back again!
