I have always loved coming to shop and consign at this store, but the last few times they have been extra picky with the clothes they accept. I have never had a problem before. I hope it's just because inventory is getting full. Nonetheless it will not stop me from shopping here, but I do think I will lay off consigning here for awhile....
The staff was very helpful--responded to my message on FB, held the item I requested, and was available to answer questions I had when I arrived. Also browsed the store and found more items we needed for our baby-to-be.
Took my 10 and 13 year old daughter's here who are both very picky and found outfits they love for a great price! The staff was very helpful and the store is extremely clean/nice.
Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, the 2 girls that were working were too engaged in their conversation to greet me when I walked in nor did they ask if I needed help during my short time in the store. Not a large selection of boys 12 & 18 months to choose from and the few outfits I liked had stains on the shirts. Store was clean and set up nicely but lack of customer service would keep me from returning again.
Love shopping here when we visit the Lancaster area...it's a must stop every time! ALWAYS find something for my kids!
