Had our first official cleaning yesterday 8/6/26 appointment was at 4:00 got pulled back a bit early and we were done by about 4:10ish they were amazing Staff and Dr were so kind and welcoming this is our NEW FAVORITE dentist . Wish they took adults!! I’m so used to waiting way passed out appointment time and this was a first in YEARS we got seen early and got out quickly ! And most of all my son loved the atmosphere and was very comfortable
Dr. Batts and her team are wonderful! Nicole, her dental assistant, was amazing, and you can tell they’ve been working together for a long time because they operate like a well-oiled machine. They made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We went in expecting that my daughter would need a crown, but while Dr. Batts was working, she was able to determine that a filling would be sufficient. I don’t normally write reviews but I figured I needed to for this dentist . We are military and have gone to many many dentist. This one is by far one of the best. They always take all 4 of my kids at one time. They’re kind, friendly, personable, and fast. We’re out in less than an hour. They listen to me and my kids. Seriously love them!
