History Established in 2010. Little Bird Community Acupuncture opened in the Festival Center in Adams Morgan on June 1, 2010. Our mission is to provide acupuncture to as many people as possible at affordable rates in a cozy community setting, and we are a proud member of the People's Organization of Community Acupuncture. Treatment rates are on a sliding scale of $20-$40. First time patients must pay an additional $10 paperwork fee at the time of their initial visit. Come on in and check us out!

I love everything about it from easy scheduling online, to a peaceful comfy environment, to the practitioners and staff. It amazes me what acupuncture can do. Or I should say what a good acupuncturist can do. Suzzanne and Sara have saved me from many a MD visit and unnecessary prescriptions. Diverticulosis? Managed. Allergies? Better. Hip pain? Helped. And it helps with stress, arthritis, chronic pain. And if they cannot help and you need some alternative treatment, they will tell you. Because it's community acupuncture, it's affordable and I firmly believe that being in a group increases the good feeling. Little Bird rules!!!
I always look forward to my session. I feel safe here and the staff is like family. Suzzanne is the most compassionate being I know. She just has to ask you "how are you feeling today"? And you are better already! I love this place and I will continue to come and support it.
