We were introduced to Little Big Care over the weekend when my son developed what I suspected was an ear infection. As a medical provider myself, I specifically wanted someone with pediatric expertise rather than a typical urgent care. We had a horrible experience going to the emergency room for my son before, so we gave this a try. It was 10/10 amazing experience. So much lower stress and my son was so much more comfortable. And I didn’t have to worry about his catching something from the other patients, like at an emergency room. Dr. Myer was really wonderful and caring.
I saw a neighbor using Little Big Care’s mobile pediatric unit several months ago and I am so happy I used their services tonight instead of waiting in line at the children’s hospital for my baby’s high fever. Our pediatrician was late in giving us a call back and recommended urgent care. When my baby had a fever and was extremely fussy for a couple of days, and the pediatrician couldn’t get us an appointment, I really wanted to find a pediatric urgent care since they do kids so much better than adult places. I also knew the illness was too mild for the pediatric ER, and I didn’t want my baby to get sick from sitting in a waiting room for hours with other sick people. This is the best service ever, Dr, Meyer was great with my daughter who is non verbal and medically complex. I was able to book the appointment online easily and the doctor was at our house about 2 hours later. 10/10 would use them again
