Don’t recommend! Was offered two appointment times and traveled 30 minutes away sat in the lobby for 10 minutes no one at the front desk and when they finally came couldn’t be seen because of a 15 minute grace period no one was at the clinic and the customer service was HORRIBLE would not recommend DO NOT GO
Staff are very helpful and very cooperative. They explain everything and answer all questions (no medical advice), which is fine as long as you only need to see your pregnancy’s progress or get to see your little pea :) Very convenient scheduling process and all photos get emailed to you after your visit. My husband and I go to see our baby every few weeks instead of waiting months for our doctor’s office ;) I am so grateful this place exists. Paid for the $179 ($190 after tax) 25 min experience. To start off we were taken back at 10 (right at appointment time) we were back up front by 10:18 (that’s not 25 mins). Online states that you will get to see babies face, hands, and feet. Tech never moved from face so we never got to see feet. Also states that you will get pictures as well as videos; we only received pictures. States that you will get to hear and see the heartbeat, that also didn’t happen. I went to Little Bellies yesterday for a gender reveal ultrasound. Despite all of the negative recent reviews, I wanted to leave a positive one. The ultrasound tech was very nice and informative. My baby was very active, making it hard to determine the gender right away, but she was patient through the entire process. Eventually she was able to determine the gender! With any ultrasound clinic, I will be following up with my doctor at my anatomy scan to confirm the gender before announcing it, but I am confident in her findin... read more
