If I could give zero stars I would. I was there as a relative to the mom to be. Yelda had ZERO personality. It was all business. She was rude, dry , arrogant, and acted like it was an inconvenience to be there and do the ultrasound. I would expect kindness, compassion, joy and excitement. Instead we received silence, reminders of time ( which she was 5 minutes late taking the “mama” back. She repeatedly told the mom that the baby was small and breach.
