Was barely late and was told my appointment was forfeit because I was past the grace period. I can tell you out of all the text and emails that I have gotten, they have never mentioned anything about a grace period. I understand the concept of being late and losing your appointment, but not in a five- minute span. Feel like that should be advertised a bit better. The staff member was so kind and helpful during my visit, very detail oriented and I saw exactly what I had hoped for! 10/10 would come back and recommend!
very disappointed in the pictures. the customer service was great but our pictures we were so excited to take came out very poorly. baby would not show face, his legs completely covered him making it impossible to see him. I called and asked we could redo photos since we paid 170$, I was told no.. **UPDATE*** Valerie the manager gave me a call and offered us a free appointment to get better pictures. Will post another update after upcoming appointment. Pictures came out great! thank you for your great customer service

Don’t recommend! Was offered two appointment times and traveled 30 minutes away sat in the lobby for 10 minutes no one at the front desk and when they finally came couldn’t be seen because of a 15 minute grace period no one was at the clinic and the customer service was HORRIBLE would not recommend DO NOT GO
