The staff member was so kind and helpful during my visit, very detail oriented and I saw exactly what I had hoped for! 10/10 would come back and recommend!
very disappointed in the pictures. the customer service was great but our pictures we were so excited to take came out very poorly. baby would not show face, his legs completely covered him making it impossible to see him. I called and asked we could redo photos since we paid 170$, I was told no.. **UPDATE*** Valerie the manager gave me a call and offered us a free appointment to get better pictures. Will post another update after upcoming appointment. Pictures came out great! thank you for your great customer service

Don’t recommend! Was offered two appointment times and traveled 30 minutes away sat in the lobby for 10 minutes no one at the front desk and when they finally came couldn’t be seen because of a 15 minute grace period no one was at the clinic and the customer service was HORRIBLE would not recommend DO NOT GO
Staff are very helpful and very cooperative. They explain everything and answer all questions (no medical advice), which is fine as long as you only need to see your pregnancy’s progress or get to see your little pea :) Very convenient scheduling process and all photos get emailed to you after your visit. My husband and I go to see our baby every few weeks instead of waiting months for our doctor’s office ;) I am so grateful this place exists.
