Great Food in No Frills Atmosphere I've never had a bad meal here. My husband loves the steaks. I like the pike. They are always very helpful with our daughter's food allergies. It is a very laid back atmosphere. Don't expect anything remotely formal. PROS: Great steaks CONS:

Great staff, but this was my first time going since the new owners and seeing all the work they have been doing outside I had high hopes. Sadly all our food was cold, my husband was scared to eat the shrimp. I've had reheated steak that was more moist, I had to take a drink of water in order to swallow the meat that was supposed to be medium but came out past well done. First and last time eating here. The rare ribeye I ordered was so burnt it wasn’t edible, not to mention the charcoal mushrooms that came on top. Had I been able to get the waiters attention in time they were so slow everyone else at the table would have paid their checks and been gone by the time I got my food, can’t and won’t recommend.

it has been over 30 years since I was last here, but the food was still very good, service was excellent and I believe the price was fair. They were extremely busy with various Christmas parties, but still managed to get the food out in a reasonable amount of time. Not the best steak I've ever had in my life but very flavorful and prepared exactly as I ordered it. Still a great value!
