The women and men in the service department are always courteous and helpful. They keep on schedule. They also listen and respond to my questions and concerns about my vehicles.
The dealer was very accommodating when it came to us choosing the right vehicle for our family. We compared and test drove a few then narrowed down our choices without having someone right over our shoulder. It was a very relaxed experience, which made us want to buy from them.
One of the first things that I dread when deciding to purchase a new car is dealing with a dealership. When I finally got tired of spending $50-60 a week in gas I decided to buy a Prius. After doing some online searching, I went to Little Apple and talked to them about the car. They were professional and extremely helpful and ensured that I was satisfied. It was probably the smoothest vehicle transaction I have ever had. From the sales people to the finance department they were professional and helpful.

Rodney was engaging, likeable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and truthful. He was in no way pushy or aggressive towards me or my husband. If so, we would have either left the dealership or sought out another salesperson. He took his time explaining each question we asked of him and we NEVER felt rushed during the entire process. In 40 years of owning cars, this dealership is head and shoulders above the rest. The sales staff if polite, pleasant, and knows their product extensively. The Service Dept. always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Honesty and integrity is present throughout their organization and makes buying and servicing a car worry-free.
